You don't need a special occasion to enjoy a steak dinner. So, here's a quick recipe for an ordinary dinner meal.

Ingredients:

4 small beef Steaks (T-bone, porterhouse, top loin, sirloin, or tenderloin)
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:

Heat grill to medium hot, or preheat broiler and pan. Pat steaks dry and season with salt and pepper. Grill or broil steaks, turning them once. A 1-inch thick steak will take between 8 to 15 minutes to cook to medium-rare, depending on the cut of beef.
