12 ounces drained cooked Chickpeas
1/2 cup plain fat-free Yogurt
2 tablespoon fresh Lemon juice
3 Garlic cloves
2 teaspoon Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon ground Cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground Allspice


In food processor or blender, combine chick-peas, yogurt, juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, cumin and allspice with 1 tablespoon water; puree until smooth.
