Refreshing Tea with Ginger, Mint, Cardemom


2 cups Water
2 cups reduced-fat Milk
4 pieces crushed Cardamom
6 teaspoons Sugar
4 Tea bags
10 Mint leaves
4 teaspoons crushed Ginger


Combine water and milk in saucepan over medium heat.
Add sugar, cardamom and tea bags. Heat to a boil and add crushed ginger.
Boil for 2 minutes or longer for desired strength. Add green mint leaves.
Remove tea bags, pour into cups or mugs and serve.
