All-Stars

What is a Community
Health All-Star?

We know that there are many unsung heroes working within their communities and schools to promote healthy lifestyles, and we want to recognize them and share their stories to inspire others! We believe that a Community Health All-Star or Student Health All-Star is an individual or organization that:

  • takes nutrition education to a level that creates a deeper, greater impact
  • acts as a wellness leader and connects the community in unique ways
  • supports health in broad ways and expands upon a single touch point
  • inspires others to make healthy choices
  • provides positive role modeling

To nominate a Community Health All-Star, send a short description about who you are nominating and why they deserve to be recognized to info@DairyCouncilofCa.org
